Little Rainbow Pediatric Massage & Wellness is pleased to offer direct billing to most insurance providers. As insurance coverage varies between plans, we encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to fully understand your benefits. Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider: Does my plan allow for direct billing with my practitioner? Do I require a physician’s referral for massage therapy or acupuncture? When does my benefit year begin? What is my total coverage for massage therapy, and is this shared with other healthcare providers such as chiropractors or physical therapy? Please note the following important details: We are only able to bill primary insurance plans. Any secondary or additional insurance claims are the responsibility of the client. If your insurance company rejects a claim or lists it as pending, the outstanding balance will be the responsibility of the client. Some extended health benefit plans require a physician’s referral for massage therapy. If applicable, referrals must be submitted directly to your insurance provider ( NOT Little Rainbow Pediatric Massage & Wellness) prior to your appointment, allowing sufficient processing time. Any portion not covered by your insurance plan is payable at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly for clarification.
