Information About Direct Billing 

• We only bill to the primary insurance company, so subsequent or secondary policies will be your responsibility.
• In the event that your insurance company rejects or lists your claim as pending you will be responsible for the outstanding amount.
  
• Some extended health benefit companies require a Physician’s Referral for Massage Therapy. You will need to contact them to find out. If this is the case, you must submit the referral to your benefit company (not us) PRIOR to your massage treatment date allowing adequate processing time.
  
• Please contact your insurance company with any questions you may have about your plan.
