A parent or legal guardian is required to be present during all treatments for minors. Parents/guardians may also be asked, when needed, to assist their child in preparing for their session.

 We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. This fee is the responsibility of the client and is not covered by insurance. 

No-show appointments (missing an appointment without notice) will also result in a $50.00 fee. As missed appointments impact both our clinic and our therapists, any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.

 Once a session has begun, services cannot be altered. If a service is changed or declined during the appointment, the full service fee will still apply. 

To help your appointment run smoothly, all required intake and consent paperwork must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment time. If paperwork is not completed in advance, direct billing may not be available, and payment will be the responsibility of the client at the time of the appointment.
