For Hydrotherapy & Infant Massage 

• When picking an appointment time please ensure your baby will be well rested and fed before their session, so they get the most enjoyment out of their experience. Please allow for feeding prior to your session start time if need be. We have a designated space to do so.
• To ensure that we have all the information we need, new clients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment start time to complete necessary paperwork
• A mat area is provided and this is where you'll get your baby changed and redressed. If you require a change table please let us know.
  
• Swim diapers are provided and you have a choice of cloth or disposable and a warm towel will also be offered after they finish their float session
  
• Massage session will take place after the float. Be prepared to offer your baby a bit of a feed between sessions. (even if they have already been fed before session.) Older babies/bottle fed babies are welcome to enjoy snacks while on the massage table. 
• Massage will take place on a table or a mat on the floor depending on babies age. Parents are required to remain in the room
• Babies are massaged with a diaper on, a heat pad and blanket is provided to keep baby warm during their treatment. Hypoallergenic lotion is used for every session. 
• Please  be mindful of when your session is finished. On days the schedule is busier, we need to prepare areas for the next visitors.
